This popular fishery has also produced bream up to 18lbs and carp up to 41lbs. In 1994 planning permission was granted for the extraction of gravel and formation of reservoirs on land owned by Bournemouth Water. In 2009 the first reservoir was opened as a mixed coarse fishery. It is stocked with carp, pike, tench and bream.
