Lichen Survey Day at Venford Reservoir

Event Details

• Date: Monday 13 July
• Meeting point: Venford Reservoir South West Lakes Trust car park
• Times: Start gathering at 9.45am, surveys to begin promptly at 10am. Ending at around 2pm.
• Tickets: This event is free however please book your spot as spaces are limited.

What to Expect:

Participants will get experience in surveys around the site. You’ll have the chance to uncover species-specific habits and see various lichens whilst learning from experts in the field. 

Prepare for Your Visit

• Dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear suitable for outdoor exploration.
• Bring water and snacks to keep you energised throughout the day.
• Don't forget a notebook or camera to record your discoveries!
