South West Lakes Trust Visitor Survey 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    PRIZE DRAW DETAILS

1.1    By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
1.2    The draw is owned, organised and managed by South West Lakes Trust.
1.3    The draw will run from 1 August to 30 September 2026. Entries submitted after the final date of the draw will not be counted.
1.4    Entry into the prize draw is by completing the South West Lakes Trust Visitor Survey 2026 and providing a valid email address. Survey responses submitted without an email address will not be entered into the prize draw. 
1.5    The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.  
1.6    By entering the draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
1.7    There is a limit of one entry per person and the draw is completely free to enter.
1.8    Employees and family members of employees of South West Lakes Trust are ineligible to participate in this draw.
1.9    Any communication regarding the draw including any questions should be made via email to: [email protected]. 

2.    THE PRIZE DRAW

The winner of the draw will receive:

• A £100 South West Lakes Trust voucher, redeemable against camping, activities, angling, cafés or our Friends of South West Lakes Trust scheme. 

2.1    The voucher must be used by 30 October 2027.
2.2    The winner will be selected at random within one month of the closing date. 
2.3    The winner will be notified via the email address provided.
2.4   South West Lakes Trust will make two attempts to contact the winner using the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email being sent, they will forfeit the prize and South West Lakes Trust reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
2.5    The prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
2.6    We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
2.7    South West Lakes Trust’s decision on any aspect of the draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

3.    DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY

3.1    By entering this prize draw, you agree to us contacting you via email in regards to this competition. Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the prize draw will be processed in accordance with South West Lakes Trust's Privacy Notice and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law. 
3.2    If you win, South West Lakes Trust may ask for your consent to use your name in promotional material relating to the prize draw across its website, email communications and social media channels. 

4.    GENERAL

4.1   South West Lakes Trust reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.2   Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. 
4.3   South West Lakes Trust accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or otherwise not received for any reason.
