Coarse fishing day tickets can be booked online or bought in person from Christchurch Angling Centre, 7 Castle Parade, Bournemouth, BH7 6SH, telephone 01202 480 520.
Christchurch Angling Centre will accept card payments only.
RDAA members do not need to obtain a permit before fishing, but must be in possession of a valid membership card while on the fishery.
Species: Chub, barbel, roach, bream, pike, dace, salmon, sea trout, bass
Fishing times: Open all year, except 25 December, from 7.30am. Fishery closing times vary during the year, check your permit for details

Royalty Fishery facilities include car park and toilet and is a dog friendly fishery.
South West Lakes was appointed by Bournemouth Water as the manager of the Royalty Fishery from April 2022.
We are an independent charity that cares for over 40 inland waters in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset including 13 trout fisheries and 14 coarse fisheries. We already manage Christchurch Harbour, including the Lower Avon and Stour, on behalf of Bournemouth Water. We are a member of the Angling Trust.
We are honoured to have been appointed to manage this special and unique fishery, with its long and distinguished history.
All salmon and sea trout catches must be reported. All salmon are to be returned with the minimum of delay and minimum of air exposure. This catch return should be completed in addition to the catch return that you have received with your rod licence.
