We have five Activity Centres across the region, where you can hire watersports equipment, launch your own craft or learn something new with our friendly and qualified instructors:

Extend your stay and camp at Roadford Campsite, Siblyback Campsite, Stithians Campsite, Tamar Campsite or Wimbleball Campsite.


Our lakes provide the perfect setting for a great day out in Cornwall, Devon and on Exmoor. Venture along our trails, encountering nature face to face. Refuel at our onsite cafés with delicious snacks, cakes and hot drinks. Enjoy a wide range of fun things to do – try an activity on or off the water for the very first time, shoot an arrow or swing through the trees, discover paddleboarding or explore our lakes by canoe. Extend your stay and enjoy a night under canvas, create a family holiday packed with new experiences creating lifelong memories.

Tamar Lakes, located close to the popular coastal resort of Bude, provides the perfect setting for your next family day out or camping adventure.

Activities

Surrounded by British countryside and nestled on the Cornwall and Devon border, Tamar Lakes are popular with walkers, runners, cyclists, families, sailors, bird watchers and anglers, all searching for their own piece of tranquillity.

Take to the water and hire a kayak, canoe, paddleboard or sail boat or, if you have your own kit, you can launch it on the lake and experience a completely different Tamar,

The three mile circular path around the upper lake is also suitable for bikes, pushchairs and wheelchairs. Don't forget the camera - the countryside is humming with wildlife; why not see what you can spot from one of the bird hides?

Great Food

The cafe is currently operating as a takeaway service offering a variety of delicious snacks. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views with a tasty treat whilst your little adventurers let off some steam in the play area.
