Our lakes provide the perfect setting for a great day out in Cornwall, Devon and on Exmoor. Venture along our trails, encountering nature face to face. Refuel at our onsite cafés with delicious snacks, cakes and hot drinks. Enjoy a wide range of fun things to do – try an activity on or off the water for the very first time, shoot an arrow or swing through the trees, discover paddleboarding or explore our lakes by canoe. Extend your stay and enjoy a night under canvas, create a family holiday packed with new experiences creating lifelong memories.

The real beauty of our activity breaks is that you can do as much or as little as you want. Create your ideal getaway in the South West. Enjoy a touch of luxury by staying in one of our furnished Bell Tents or, if you prefer, you can pitch up your own tent and experience a traditional camping adventure with unforgettable lake views.

And that's not even the best bit! By booking one of our activity breaks you will also benefit from UNLIMITED activities! So, if a green holiday is what you are after, you can reduce the need to drive elsewhere, as you definitely won't be stuck for ideas to keep the family entertained during your stay!

We offer an action-packed programme of exciting activities for all ages and abilities, from stand up paddleboarding, canoeing and kayaking to sailing and windsurfing. You can hire a variety of watersports equipment, launch your own craft or learn something new by taking part in our summer holiday activity sessions.

Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are included in the price. Those wanting to use their own have access to our drying rooms.

Wanting to recharge and escape the hustle and bustle of every day life? Simply sit back, relax and enjoy nature's soundtrack. Bring your own bikes and don’t forget your walking shoes - there's miles of footpaths and cycle ways to explore as well as a variety of wildlife to discover and plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a good book or play some outdoor games.

Roadford's Bell Tents

Stithians' Bell Tents

Stay in one of our Roadford's bell tents, boasting spectacular lake views! The tents include:

- Double bed
- Bedside table
- Solar powered lighting
- USB charging point
- 2 x Giant beanbags
- Rugs
- 2 x Camping beds for children if required
- Clothing storage rail
- Storage boxes

Outside:

- Canvas shelter - undercover cooking area
- Cooking equipment provided to include gas stove, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
- Outdoor chairs
- Picnic area
- Solar lights

Suitable for up to 4 people. Minimum of 2 people per tent.

Showers and toilet facilities are located just outside of the camping field a short walk from your tent.

Please note: Bedding is not included. All beds are provided with a mattress protector, but you will need to bring a sheet, duvet, pillows etc.

Dogs are not allowed in the bell tents however, we understand that it's not a family holiday without your four legged friends. Bring along a "pup-tent" and pitch it alongside the bell tent, free of charge. We just ask that they are kept on a lead and out of the water.

   

   

Bring Your Own Tent

Pitch up on a standard grass pitch with your own tent.

Electric pitches are available subject to availability for an extra £5 per night.

Showers and toilet facilities are located just outside of the camping field a short walk from your tent.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and out of the water.

Check In / Out Information

Check in between 3.00pm and 5.00pm

Check out is at 11.00am

You are welcome to arrive earlier and sit in the cafe, walk around the lake or enjoy some on water activities!
