Join our Environment Rangers at Stithians Lake on Thursday 11 August on a voyage of discovery into the wonders of the natural world. Go on a bug hunt or a bird safari. There will be plenty of art and craft activities to inspire you including leaf bashing and flower prints, weave fabulous things with willow and make your own clay creature using inspiration from the wild.

Book online for a morning session from 10am – 1pm, or an afternoon session from 1.30pm – 4.30pm.

Children over 5 years £3, Adults £2. Children under 5 can attend for free. Pre-booking is essential.

This event is part of our Connecting Communities project, which aims to help local people better connect and gain more from their local green and blue spaces. The Connecting Communities project is funded by the Government's Green Recovery Challenge Fund. The fund was developed by Defra and its Arm's-Length Bodies. It is being delivered by The National Lottery Heritage Fund in partnership with Natural England, the Environment Agency and Forestry Commission.
