FINANCE MANAGER
We are looking for a Finance Manager to manage the finance team on a day to day basis, ensuring good financial control and preparing the monthly accounts for all the activities within the charity including its subsidiariesApplicants should have the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and have a high degree of accuracy.
Part qualified accountant or holding the AAT Accounting Technician qualification
Salary £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
37 Hours per week

Outdoor + Active Centre Receptionists - Wimbleball Lake & Siblyback Lake. Working as part of the team at our Outdoor + Active Centres, assisting the Area Managers to promote efficient, profitable Centres, co-ordinating hire and dealing with the general public, making sales, taking bookings, general administrative and site duties.The above administrative positions require good organisational and communication skills, plus experience of working in a busy office answering telephones.
Salary from £6.22 per hour
March to September 2012. Up to 40 hours per week (including some Bank Holidays and weekends)

Chief Instructor - Upper Tamar Lake
We are inviting applications for a Chief Instructor to run, promote and sell the centre's activities including co-ordinating hire, launch and camping.All applicants must possess recognised NGB Instructor Certificates and salaries are fixed according to qualifications.
Applicants should be enthusiastic and self motivated with the ability to teach and communicate with customers at all levels and be a good team worker.
Our season is mid March - September. The contracts are flexible 0 - 40 hours per week to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Conservation Volunteers
The Trust's conservation team works closely with a dedicated team of Volunteer Conservation Officers (VCO's) and conservation volunteers. Our VCO's take on a particular site and implement our conservation objectives guided by our Conservation Officers.
We are currently looking to recruit VCO's for Tamar Lakes. If you are able to give approximately seven hours a week (or more) and are interested in taking a more responsible role please have a look at the task description to the right of this page.
