If you prefer to stay dry there are beautiful walks and cycle trails at the lake as well as a café and visitor centre in the main building. Coarse anglers are well catered for with large carp, bream and rudd.
Families with young children can enjoy the play area, beach and pedaloes.
The upgrade of the cycle track to joint use as a cycle and footpath is complete and this now offers access for disable use and buggys.
