The new Outdoor + Active Centre offers unrivalled watersports facilities in the unique surroundings of Stithians Lake.
In addition to the Outdoor + Active centre there is also a children's play area overlooking the lake, a trim trail for those who enjoy land based fitness, and a cycle way leading to the dam. We are pleased to have the guys from Explorer Cycle Hire based on site to cater for all your cycling needs. With over five and a half miles of bank, walkers and bird watchers will enjoy the peaceful surroundings and bird hides.
As if all this was not enough we have the fantastic Cafe Nova based within the watersports centre, a great place to grab a coffee and some of Hayley's famous cake's or some of the other delights on offer. Sit back and enjoy the fantastic views of the lake.
Fly fishing for trout is well catered for with season and day permits and boat hire available from the centre.
An campsite is located near to the centre and is ideal for those wishing to spend a weekend on the water. Electric hook ups and washing up facilities are available.

Public Transport: The nearest railway stations to Stithians Lake are Redruth (3.4 miles), on the Penzance - London mainlineand Penryn (4.6 miles), which is a on a branch line from Truro to Falmouth Docks
There are a number of bus services which run within a few miles of the lake. The First Cornwall No. 42 Camborne to Falmouth stops at Penmarth (1.2 miles) and Stithians village (2.2 miles).
