Siblyback Lake is surrounded by the striking Bodmin Moor and offers a wide range of activities beside or on the water, rowing boat hire is a popular family activity. The Outdoor + Active Centre offers sailing, windsurfing and canoeing and provides top quality rainbow trout fishing. Courses for beginners and improvers are readily available, as is self-launch for the more experienced.

Those wanting to spend a weekend at the site can make full use of the small but friendly campsite on the water's edge.

Permits for rainbow trout angling are available from the Centre, and boats can also be booked.

There's plenty more to do at this scenic lake, including miles of walks, excellent bird watching, children's play areas and a cafe overlooking the water, a tempting retreat offering delicious cakes and a variety of light lunches from Easter to October.
