Situated just a few minutes off the A30 between Okehampton and Launceston, with its contemporary, understated décor, the Lakeside Centre can be adapted to suit your requirements. It offers first class delegate meeting room accommodation, equipment, catering, stage and a large car park, making it an ideal central location for the South West peninsular. Each of the three meeting rooms can offer any layout style: theatre, boardroom, horseshoe or cabaret. There is a good supply of local overnight accommodation.

Both the Burrator and Meldon rooms have a fully licensed bar which can be opened if requested prior to the event.

Car parking facilities are free of charge when attending a conference and a designated car park is available following sign to ‘Function Parking'.

• ideal for board meetings and as a break out room.

 

Kennick Room

• smaller, private room

• seats up to 18 people boardroom-style

• suitable for smaller meetings and training.

Away days

Business can easily be combined with leisure at Roadford Lake. We can organise post-event activities at our Outdoor + Active Centre, including sailing, canoe safaris, kayaking or rafting building so your delegates can enjoy the great outdoors, let off steam or get fit. We are a specialist in team building activities.

Besides conferences and meetings Lakeside can also accommodate celebrations such as Christmas parties and is a popular venue for exhibitions, product launches and trade fairs.
