Southwest's only open-water lake-based swim will take place on 25 September at Roadford Lake. Enjoy the challenge of taking part in a sponsored swim. All the money raised from the One-Mile Swim will help Hospiscare to provide specialist nurses who visit people at their home.
The swim is beginning from the shore at the Roadford Outdoor + Active Centre. From the A30 Roadford Lake is signed between Launceston & Okehampton. Follow the brown tourism signs and cross over the dam for the Outdoor + Active Centre where the entrance is approximately ¼ mile on the right. SatNav: PL16 0JL
